There are reports that the TSA has allowed paxs to access other concourses at MIA (typically I assume for lounge purposes) if they have a valid BP for a flight departing out of MIA that day. You could try, the most would happen would be told no entry.

You will only be allowed to access the D30 and D15 clubs (in this case you would want to use the D30 club). I suppose its a bit better than waiting in the terminal.
