I find nowadays I tend to either fill up in the lounge pre-flight or make a visit to Pret. I appreciate the restrictions of catering mid-air, and the whole BA offering just isn't for me.
With all the doom and gloom currently circulating, it is great to hear some positives - I always find if you can focus on the fundamentals though, this is often the best approach.
Cleaning is a fundamental - and there are too many stories / jokes about dirty aircraft permanently doing the rounds that if repeated often enough, become fact!
