Many of the HGIs you have to ask for the pantry coupon. One that I have been staying in a lot recently finally told me "you have to ask for them, we don't give them out unless you ask." Another one told me I wasn't entitled to them (but apparently the front desk has been educated in the T&C now). I have yet to see a suite at an HGI. I have received a jacuzzi tub, and a wider room, but no suite. However, I'm not complaining. Overall, its an excellent product, and the only problems are that occasionally I'm in one where the elevators are to the left of the front desk and the restaurant is on the right, and I go the wrong way after checking in when first going to my room. Oh, and when there's a herd of cookiemonsters that take them all before I've had a chance to get one of my own!
