I suspect OM may have more sophisticated billing than Panera. Also, AMEX probably pays more attention to $1000 purchases at an office supply store than $10 ones at a chain restaurant. I'll head over to Panera when I have the chance to find out for sure. If no 500 MR, no big deal. I'll keep this thread posted when I find out.
