They have plastic cups (maybe 10 oz) with lids. What is more disappointing is no more Pellegrino bottles
I did see water bottle handed to someone that requested for it in the lounge.
But what you need to do is ask for one of those cards for free water/coffee at the FD to use at the Market Place. With that card, you can go back as many times before your checkout date on the card.
Back to the lounge - they have a problem with fruit flies. You can see it flying around the food. They tried several times to spray the lounge after hours but with no luck.
And speaking of the new crappy WOH - the FD person had no idea this was coming and she even mention why would Diamonds vote in a survey to do away the check in amenity. I totally agree. Same reaction at the Hyatt Tsq.
