Are we talking about booking through eDreams, Qatar, or other? Also when did you use it, which card, and which currency?

I had two pending charges showed up from QR when Citi Fraud Alert called me. One was 800$ more than the original, but quickly went away. Leaving me with the actual quoted fare amount.
