Just curious about something.

I recently flew in business from YYZ to AMS on KLM. At the check-in/baggage drop, there was someone screening the line-up (for all desks). Even after showing our boarding passes, she tried really hard to send us to the computer kiosks. I had to directly ask for the Sky Priority line and point out the class of travel.

Just curious, is KLM trying to push everyone including J to the kiosks? Or did the screener just assume we were economy and not look at the boarding pass?
