Straw poll - compensation for u/s tray table

Just a quick idea from people before I complain to BA. Just returned on BA154 CAI-LHR in Y on an A321. Totally full flight so no seat change possible. I had a tray table with a damaged hinge so it couldn't lie flat so no drinks able to be put on it. Could only eat by stuffing the pillow under it so it rested on my leg so I had to sit like that for an hour until the cleared up.

Added to that the IFE died twice and a 60min delayed takeoff.

I was promised twice that the CSD would come down and take a note of the problem but of course that never happened. I took pics of the table and I intend to complain and request compensation. So, how many points is that worth?

I accept this is not a big issue in the larger scheme of things. Although with the limited comfort of Y it simply adds to the unpleasantness of it all.

My primary aim is to simply show BA that they cannot keep offering sub-standard service and expect to get away with it.
