No idea on the numbers of STC Circle, but a reasonably well informed source tells me there is something in the region of 1500 BA Premier - a number that is likely to go down rather than up in his opinion. Certainly a great deal fewer than BA Golds, and they are much less visible too as some of those cardholders don't actually fly that much.
