This is frustrating and really shouldn't have been the case. If mixed class redemptions are allowed, then ALL agents should have the basic level of training to get them done... one shouldn't have had to play agent roulette.

I also found that recently, when you ask to speak to a manager, they are reluctant to hand the phone over.
