Barclay Aviator Red. Open 24 months, only $1k/yr charged. CS agent transferred me to retention specialist who first offered a downgrade and then offered other Barclay cards. After saying No a few times I was offered 5000 points for $1k spend in 90 days. AF not waived. Ordinarily 5k points would not be enough to justify $89 AF but this account has the 10k annual bonus. I took the offer.
