This...no need to arrange anything just make sure you get a Mai Linh taxi and the meter will be fair. They'll know the major Western Hotels. Couldn't hurt to show them the address on your phone or a print out. I have taken dozens of taxis to and from the airports in HCMC and Hanoi. Its actually one of the easier countries in the world to have a hassle free taxi experience.
