Yes, I was BA positive, and we worked hard to get Gold, and threw a modest amount of ££ at BA/JV in the process.

And now ... I guess we're disappointed and saddened by the endless decline of an airline we really believed in. OK, so we only fly J, but the nibbling at the edges of EVERY pax experience I find sad.
