It's a half inch wider than the 767 F seats, offers footrests, more recline, slightly more pitch and premium soft products such as nicer pillow, blanket, amenity kit, large TV screen, upgraded meals (though I would not be surprised if the meals were on par with domestic F). I would also hope that a new seat would be offer better ergonomics than the really old 767 F seats.
