I have not been flying over the last few months, but could not find an update on the forum regarding this. In my trip summury for a flight I booked yesterday and will fly next week, KLM is offering me to bid for an upgrade.
The start bid for AMS-YYC as well as for YEG-AMS is 389 so nothing drastic has changed there.
The system looks exactly as it did before.

After playing a bit with the URL I found the login URL:
http://www.klm.com/bfu/ub/login

This only works on my flight I booked yesterday. It's not working on award bookings.
