This is a consequence of out sourcing. It drives the price down but, as there is no such thing as a free lunch, standards almost inevitably suffer. To win contracts the cleaning companies cut the number of staff to the bone as well as the quality/quantity of the equipment and materials they are able to use. The result is not enough time to do a proper job and filthy cabins.
