I have a companion code expiring in few days. Since AS's extremely generous policy is no cancelation fee for 60 days advance, can I just use it for booking a flight 6mos out and then change the trip later as needed?
Acc to faqs, I can change dates and destination both. Would this be online or with an agent? Any downsides to this approach?
