Received the offer in the mail to earn 5,000 bonus miles if I spend $750 or more in July, August and September. Met the condition in early September.
Annual fee posted on 09/24/2016.
In mid October, called to ask if I can downgrade to no annual fee arrival. I was allowed to downgrade but there is no other offers for me. Decide to not downgrade that day.
5,000 bonus miles finally posted on 11/02/2016. After redeeming the points, called today to downgrade to the no annual fee arrival. However, the agent told me this is not an option for my card. End up just cancelling the card.
