Well, MH have just increase the mileage earning percentage for their own FFP Enrich even in Y effective from 1 November 2016. For example booking class 'Z' aka their business promo class used to earn only 125% but now it increase to 160% which is pretty huge. You can look at their website for Enrich earning chart.
