Flew from AMS - LHR this week on a BA 767. They cancelled my flight, which was an AA code share and I couldn't get out of AMS until the next day (and only after 2 phone calls and standing in 3 lines at AMS, twice at British Airways and once at AA). When I finally got to my seat, I was shocked at how filthy it was. See the attached picture. I realize that pax sometimes leave messes on planes, but this was the worst I have seen in 35+ years of flying. BA used to have a premium image, have things really gone this far downhill?
