Technically it's a no-show fee, and it's clearly shown in the T&C's that you agreed to when booking (presuming you booked on their website at least). You can avoid it by having a "non-guaranteed" reservation, but then if you don't show within an hour they can cancel your reservation.
A chargeback should be rejected by your bank, given that it's a valid charge that you agreed to when you booked.
