To be fair, we don't get that many complaints about EK on here. Just looking back over the last couple of pages, and there are 3 or 4 threads with some level of complaint.

Compare that with the BA forum... and I'm guessing some others as well.

I don't fly long haul that much these days. However, I did get a couple of F segments last month. Both were close on perfect (apart from the food - which was so, so). The service was friendly and (unlike BA), the crew seemed to anticipate what I needed* I even had the FA who had been looking after me constantly coming back to the bar to check I was OK.

I've got another 4 segments coming up (one in F, three in J). Let's see how they go... :-)
