China Airlines PE seating on 747
Looking at booking China Airlines YVR-TPE-AKL in Premium Economy. But note that the 747s from YVR don't have a PE cabin. I know that from TPE-AKL a PE booking gets you a business class seat.
What seat does a PE booking get you from YVR-TPE?
