This has been my experience. It should price at 63,750. Last month I booked SUB-SIN-SYD in J/F and had to play agent roulette a little more than usual but ended up getting it approved. I'm stuck in a location (SUB) where we only get J service on SQ so I make 4-6 mixed F.J redemption bookings a year.
