Not sure you will (ought) to get a constant procession of people walking past any seat in First.

There are stairs to the front, and perhaps more importantly the loos so I don't think the front pair will be especially out of the way on this aircraft in the way they are in the 747 for example. Having said all that A380 First has generally more room per person than other aircraft so whilst the front seats are less likely to be much better, all the seats are "good" and will have space for a normal sized dog. It is of course entirely possible that there will be spare seats anyway. There often is in First.
