You pretty much nailed most of the eligible charges. I did notice that in some California Hyatts where they charge $1.50 tourism fee per night, that fee is eligible for GP points. I believe you're only charged such a fee when you're paying for the stay with $ as opposed to points.
Don't forget that additional tps on your in-room dining bill count for points; but the taxes don't.
Most of the time parking charges are NOT eliglble. Can't say about resort fees, etc.
