Are you talking to MPSC or a reservation agent? On this you should only be talking to MPSC.

All the history for redemptions is shown in your online account Jan 2015 to present, you can manually walk thru the data your self (if you have enough records to match redemptions to trips). That's what you would need to do anyway if UA did provide a spreadsheet .
