I searched and didn't see this come up. Was wondering if there was a way to view an accounts historical balance as of a given date. I am dealing with a strange situation where I cancelled an award flight but instead of the usual "award redeposit" United is showing "Air award purchase related adjustment." This seems to be shortchanging me by 80,000 miles (160,000 total were used to ticket).

But since I have no way to see the balance before I requested the refund I cannot actually tell what UA is doing. They use the same "(80,000)" for both ticketing with miles and now the refund. So confusing. When I called phone rep had to transfer me and the desk that does refunds had no clue what my mileage was before or what it is suppose to be.
