Called today (1 Nov) for a retention offer and talked to a specialist immediately. We had a very pleasant conversation but she was unable to offer me anything (she apologized) besides Product Change to the Basic Version. I paid the AF last year (got 10K miles on First Anniversary) and spent about 5K on the card this year.
