We are looking at a three week break with children in February next year, to coincide with a significant birthday for one of the parents! The kids' ages range between 8 - 2.

Does anyone have inspiration for where we could go? We would like guaranteed warm weather, so I think that essentially means we are looking at South America, Pacific Islands, Far East (not HKG or SIN or PEK as too cold), Australasia. (Africa is out because (a) too many vaccinations are generally required and (b) we want to save that for when all the kids can enjoy safari).

We would like luxury, but not just to sit on a beach all day. Budget works out at £1,500 per night (sadly much less valuable than it would have been pre-Brexit).
