For the most part they are very professional, even though the may not agree with the skymiles program. There are some or one who consistantly overlooks the personal attacks made at people who support Delta, but has no problem supporting those who oppose the BALs (or BAN's B*tch for nothings) It has even been pointed out by other FT's but to no avail. This certainly is not a perfect world. (My upgrade did not clear at until the gate on my return home. )
