If QR are a 8/10, I would rate KQ at 4/10. If you do have choices of KL, QR, etc., I would go with them.
With changes in my work life, I have not flown KQ for several months now, but I also noticed several issues cropping up over time.

It is a pity - I actually liked them, plus, I managed to retain my SkyTeam status.
