When you check your reservation on the Philippine Airline website, does it display it? Mine reservations do not display there or checkmytrip.com. Both of my reservations show the following when I enter the confirmation provided from Orbitz.

Edit: I just read the fine print that says the following. Guess I'll have to contact Orbitz to reserve seats and enter my FF number.
- Applicable on tickets purchased online thru PAL website (www.philippineairlines.com) only.
- Not applicable to all bookings paid and ticketed thru payment centers, ticket offices, contact center and accredited travel agents.
FWIW... My PAL website purchased domestic one way ticket for February does not pull up either...
