Hi, I filled in every box, full flight details, booking ref, used correct form etc. Very straightforward case really so don't foresee any reason for a delay, other than a backlog.

It takes up to a month approximately, at the moment. If you make a very short submission, clearly mention flight number, PNR and that you are claiming EC261, then this can be done inside a week, but if there is information that needs further investigation or requires more information from other places (e.g. connecting flights) then that slows things down.
