Would any of your kind souls be able to tell me if 80 A/B or J/K recline. Sometimes emergency exit seats are not reclinable.

I'm currently booked on 80K but I'd definitely swap to 81 if it doesn't recline.

Anyone has any recommendation about World Traveler seats other than 25D?

Also I've tried numerous times to upgrade to WT+ but can't seem to do it online and the wait was huge when tried to call BA. Has anyone experienced this? I can only upgrade online to CW.
