4. Despite all the positives, CO still has one of the worst Economy classes in the sky! If you've gotta fly in the back of the plane, UA and AA are far superior!!! In fact, mauld, I remember you once writing a very positive review of UA's Economy Plus. If you were forced into the back of the plane, would you STILL prefer CO to AA or UA???
Centurions get Gold, not Plat and that is for US Centurions only (which there are not many of).
I have flown US, DL, CO, and UAL domestically in the last 3 weeks. I have flown coach (CO, US, DL), first (UAL, CO, US, DL), and economy plus (UAL).
UAL economy plus is nothing to be proud of. No food on 2.5 hour flights is very tough. At least UAL has IFE. It must not be much fun to do an AA MRTC mid-con on an MD80 with no chance of a free upgrade. US' coach product is getting very bad too. It has everything AA doesnt plus tight seat pitch. At least the flights tend to be shorter on US. I'd much rather be on CO/DL Coach (great chance at free upgrade, some food, tighter pitch, and some IFE) or UAL E+ (IFE, a little more room) than AA (a couple of inches on SOME planes and nothing else).
UAL's F is also a step behind CO or DL. DL is my favorite at the moment despite the 1 day window vs. CO's 3 day window. US F is miles behind all of them.
