Called for second year on Aviator Red to waive AF. Not my main card but I did put spend on it. First agent was very polite but wasn't going to budge on the fee until the magic word "cancel" appeared, and then I was transferred to a specialist. Received AF waive, 5K miles/$1K spend in 90 days promo, and a modest CL increase. Barclay continues to get a thumbs up from me.
