I would say a private email to Randy and his staff is an appropriate way to deal with this.

A public post will do nothing more than have people speculate about who this is and whether he/she is actually doing what you assert.

I just hope this does not descend into another moderator bashing thread.

If you have a legitimate complaint, I am sure Randy and his team will handle appropriately.
