If she is traveling with you, yes. If she is not traveling with you, then no. I'm pretty sure. The underlying reason is that you only paid one annual fee for the benefits -- for yourself and traveling companions. For Amex charge cards (e.g., Platinum), on the other hand, there is a hefty fee for additional cardholders, and they DO get most of the benefits (e.g., lounge access).
Do you really think the agent will Care whose flyer number is on the card? Further, since she didn't know any better and paid for her bag at the kiosk do you think I have any chance getting the credit for that payment?
Assuming she was traveling by herself, no, you will not get credit for that payment. As alluded to above, the benefits are attached to the AAdvantage account, which is flagged if that member holds the Citi AA card. It's not at all related to the method of payment (other than earning miles for spend).
