Programs: No single airline or hotel chain is of much use to me anymore.

My girlfriend has a college aged relative in the UK who took some sort of oath against air travel because of her concern about global warming and has never been on a plane. So dedicated is she that she has turned down not one but three trips to Florida with her family.
