MH 448 - the 08:00-ish flight ex-KUL? That flight was added when a couple of years ago when they needed the capacity to HKG but has been canceled for at least a few months now.

Try asking AA to rebook you to MH 72. That flight will be operated by a fully flat bed A333 (assuming you still meet MCT at HKG because MH 72 departs about an hour after MH 448 back then).
