My money is on the dude who came up with the agnes.b cookie promotion. It was such a success they upped his budget to make movies now.

I know I could just ignore all of this, but I believe I am paraphrasing QRC3288 here: Deep down, I just really want this company to succeed.

Haven't watch the movie clip, but flipped through the book (before it is going into the recycle bin).

True that the book is about some people who has an interesting background, but that has nothing to do with CX (at least the correlation has not been revealed in the book). The cover of the book can be changed into any brand and the whole book still make sense. Absolutely nonsense marketing

I'd rather QRC3288 and Percysmith are being starred in the movie
