How is the service? Are the staff warm and pro-active?
Are the bedrooms as nice as they look in the pictures?
How is the food in the restaurants/room service? (The range of food seems very uninspired - a grill, Italian, a cafe... )
What is the ambience in the restaurants like? (From the few pics on the web site they look rather bleak.)
Anything nearby (shops, restaurants) that are worth a stroll or a taxi to?
How long is the drive to/from the airport?
