Yeah, I think we've figured out by now it's because of R. Continental had the same issues when they changed to 'R'.

A further update on what I posted last night...under .../travel/itinerary, my class of service now shows "First (R)"....but under My Info, it still says coach.

I just had the ticket reissued because the fare dropped $45. They had to cancel the first ticket and reissue it. I was still able to keep the same seat assignments for now.
