I don't see that being very effective as it doesn't address any of the most common reasons I hear from acquaintances (mostly narrow-minded relatives) who haven't flown in years and/or only fly when absolutely necessary:
  • Flying is too expensive
  • Flying is dangerous (misunderstanding rates of accidents and/or terrorism)
  • The TSA will grab my junk

To someone with these as their mindset, people arguing about how to optimize their in-flight food selections seem like complete and utter fools.
