Sure, except to me it reads as any flight to/from Singapore and any flight to/from Kuala Lumpur. Not just the sector between Singapore and KL.
Wouldn't it be simpler (shorter and clearer) to work it like this
Meals suitable for children are available on all of our flights, except those between Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.
