We really love this Aman but have not returned for our number ? stay since the TIBBLEs moved to AmanSS , not for want of trying .

Hoping that the excellent work accomplished by them & fantastic hospitality continues . Pulo has quite a cheery uplifting & welcoming local team ( many from nearby island ( s ) who try to give of their best .
Even when we are not staying and only in Manila , our requests for Pulo items are delivered & more to our hotel .

Might have met you but changed to be back at Kila & Nusa to catch up with other Amanjunkies & FTer ( fellow Pulo Amanjunkies who also strangely didn't receive a reply from Pulo GM )
May I ask who replied you & corresponding with you subsequently , wife / hotel manager or ??
