Maybe we should start another thread on cancelled stays due to dissatisfaction with WOH changes. Can include also stays that would've gone to Hyatt but instead went to competitors.
For each post, include:
- Hyatt hotel name
- Checkin date
- Checkout date (total nights)
- Rate per night
- Alternative hotel that the stay ultimately went to
That should give Mr. Zidell an indication of how foolish his action was.
