I recently converted my Sapphire Preferred to a no fee Sapphire. I then requested via SM to convert it to a Freedom (I already have one Freedom and one Freedom Unlimited). They responded that PC to Freedom is not possible, but offered to PC to FU (which obviously is of no benefit to me). Has anyone encountered this?
