My guess of a reasonable compensation would be 10,000 Sky Pesos +$100 Future Travel Voucher and possibly refunding the one way portion of the flight.

And if they were really generous 2 Bottles of Woodford Reserve per passenger sent to their home along with a Gift Basket.

We shall see.
